● Production Time: Your Oura Ring cover will be created within 7-8 days after your order is confirmed.

● Shipping Time: After production is completed, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery takes approximately 7-8 days after dispatch.

● Total Estimated Time: Please allow approximately 14–15 days from the order date for your item to be produced and delivered.

● Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

● Delivery Delays: Delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, courier delays, or incorrect delivery information.

● Customs and Import Charges: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

● Correct Address: Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. RingCoverJewels is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

● Made-to-Order Product: Because every Oura Ring cover is specially made for each customer, production cannot begin until the order and required ring size are confirmed.
